[Resolved] Heavenvilla Ethnic — No response from the people though they have taken money | |||||
I previously filed complaint on them but still no response from those people, though they taken money not all responding to calls and money is not returning also, the person called vivek is completely irresponsible in answering, it was 1 month but still my dress is not deliverd. This online instagram store have been completley cheating with fake pics and delivering cheap quality clothes. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have faced similar incident like other people had. They don't respond back not on whatsapp, nor call nor on DM. These people are looting customers. You don't get what you have ordered. plus they will send you such ### fabric that you can't do anything with. Totally ridiculous. Moreover they will block you so that you can't comment back on their instagram posts. Need some strict action against them.These people have made online purchase difficult and they are the reason why people don't prefer online shopping.
