Heavenvilla Ethnic — poor quality and charging too much price by cheating people by posting good pictures

Can i my issue resolved because the pictures posted on insta is too good and we buy the product, but the cloth is pathetic. We are expected to know the return policy, but the person doesn’t reply once we ask about the return policy. He doesn’t have any phone number to call as well. Please resolved the issue, i payed like about 2000 for 500 rupees material
