We had booked a flat in dlf woodland heights bangalore through helios developers in november 2013. Against the booking, they offered a discount of 2% and a 40 inch led tv as incentive. They have honored their commitment of the 2% discount but to this day have not given us the 40 inch led tv. We have been following up regularly and they have been asking for time because of the difficult times faced by the realty sector. Very recently, a new person who took over from the previous person has found fault (No company stamp, signatures of team leader and inventory manager missing) with the declaration form on which the promise of the tv was made. We find this to be in extremely poor taste and are therefore approaching you for redressal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
