We hired help at home domestic services

There contract does not have any renewable for annual says lifetime once paid, within last 6 months we faced hell of a time with this agency.
Every maid apporx 3, people they sent would run away within 1 month to there village and we struggle for replacement for a gap of 7-15days, right now about a month and no response, disconnecting calls etc.
The last maid they sent was a 61 yr old maid they sent after sharing duplicate adhar details, she was partially deaf and was complaining about health so we insisted they replace, after which they absconded, not picking calls responding and speaking arrogantly.
Now there base office is located at, trimulgherry, all saints road, building behind behind allahabad atm based run by couple of women but none knows who is there boss male who is in invisible mode. Becz we were pressurizing they insisted on keeping underaged livein maid which we refused.
This agency now is under breach of contract and the owner who is nowhere visible is not responding either.
Government should take strict action on such agencies and seize there licence for troubling customers with fake promises.
