Dear Sir

We were appointed by as a delivery service provider by M/s Herbeno Life Care, GF33, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore 452010, The cell # of Herbeno is +91 [protected] & [protected] Ms. Adity & Ms. Ankiya., to the client’s online orders, collect amounts against which they will pay us Rs. 800/- per delivery with a guarantee of minimum 3 orders daily delivery sent by them.

We agreed and send duly signed agreement form by emailed. On the receipt of an agreement, we were asked to deposit Rs.5000/- + Rs.10000/- for the goods, to become delivery Agent. We transferred to their HDFC bank "herbenolife care, acc # [protected], IFSC code HDFC0002192AC, through my SBI bank acc. [protected] the bank transfer reference is (IMPS Ref. No.[protected]. Their internet sight name is "careherbeno.com.

They dispatched some expired products, Manufactured by Guru Shri Ayurvedic Santhan of Indore, MP, but this name and address of the company, is not found. On search we found Guru Shai Ayurvedic Santhan, No.32, Gulab Bagh, Near Sai Mandir, Dewas Naka, Dewas Naka, Indore - 452010, Madhya Pradesh, cell # [protected], and Second address is No.173. Gulabbagh, Near Metro Whole Sale, Gulabbagh, Indore - 452010, Madhya Pradesh,
but this is a wrong number. cell # [protected]. Please note both the numbers are fake.

After the receipt of the products there is no response, no orders, and their phones are not responded.

The following is the details available with us, but not sure if they are correct. M/s Herbeno Life Care, GF33, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore 452010, The cell # of Herbeno is +91 [protected] & [protected] Ms. Adity & Ms. Ankiya.

I presume they have cheated others too in the same manner, and i suspect the owner of Guru Shai Ayurvedic Santhan, who is despising of his expired or unsold products to people like us. The products have no proper name, the name mentioned on it little different and written in such a small letter, so that it can not be easily recognized. I am sure he does not have true Food & Drug license, nor Shop and establishment License. We also found another name on the same address " Ratan Ayurvedic Santhan, maybe he now operating in new name. Their email address is "[protected]@yahoo.com"

Please note he may be selling fake medicines and spurious products too, and early action is suggested.
