I have purchased few items at heritage fresh store @lbnagar hyderabad in march 1st week. I used my debit card to pay the amount. After few hours i noticed amount is debited twice from my account. Inr 999. I contacted store manager immediately but the store manager not responded properly and asked me to contact my bank. After few days fighting with bank they confirmed amount sent to heritage fresh account. Again i contacted store manager and i received same response. I contacted easyday customer service and raised a complaint on march 9th. Complaint id: [protected]. There also issue is not getting resolved. Whenever i call them they saying give me 24hours time.
