Heritage Fresh — I have received bad quality product | |||
I have recently bye the Himalaya product (Himalaya Shampoo anti dandruff). When I open to use it, it contains 60% water in it by seeing it I can understand that the product is compromised. I have buy this product in heritage shop in my hometown. I want to report it to you also. When I buy the product I didn't see any marks are something to know that it is already opened. So I want to report it so you can provide some clarification to me. I was so disappointed when I open the product. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have got the product few hours back at Heritage Fresh store in Kamareddy. The outer box has the manufacturing date as 8/19 and expiration date as 7/22. But the tube inside has 11/19 and 10/22. I observed that the box was sealed with a transparent tape. I also see the quantity inside the tube is not 18 grams as mentioned on the package. We trust and buy products from the store. Its is very irresponsible of the staff at the store to do such frauds.
