Heritage Fresh — poor service at billing counters

I would like to register a complaint against heritage fresh store at alkapoor township, puppalguda, hyderabad.

We always experience problems at billing at this location.

I just visited today and they were not able to complete billing. There was a power supply outage just when my card was about to be charged. And the computers completely crashed. There was no back up provided to the computers. The customers had to wait until they manually turned on some back up power and the computers had to be started again. But the computers got stuck and could not start billing. It took a very long time before the computers started working again. And just then the power went out again. This whole process repeated around 3 times without the billing being completed.

Is this how heritage fresh works? Power outages are very common in india. But computers without power backup is very irresponsible on your part. Many customers have walked out tired of waiting and so did i.

And i was told that the manager in charge was out at a wedding. No one around seemed to care about the horrible customer experience at this store.

If heritage fresh cares about retaining customers, please take action.
