I purchased some items of cost rs.197 on[protected] at heritage-barkathpura.
I have paid the money two times as the boy at the bill counter told that there is a technical issue so that the system didnt recognised the payment that i did. He also told that the money will be refunded to your account but i didnt get any money refund till now.
Please go through my problem and solve it as soon as possible
