The heritage people are not properly responding, most of the time helpline nos are busy if connected they told call transfered to concern department and after some times call disconnected, what type of service is this, after submission of query related documents they are still told your query pending. Why heritage was harassing me from so long. Kindly look this mater otherwise i will must lodge complain with irda & insurance ombudsman after 7 days.
