I request the management of Hero Electric to take severe action on the Manager of Hero Electric Thousand Lights branch RAMAKRISHNAN. He should be thrown out of the job for his cheap acts and behavior towards customers. He never listens to the customer problems and takes no action to resolve, instead he harasses and uses foul language. I had been waiting for a month (26Nov to 29Dec) to replace the battery & get service done for my Hero Optima CX (Reg no. Low 3, Chassis no. OS17EEC3063). But to my shock after a month long wait they didn't even check the new battery which was faulty and the bike wires loosely fitted, posing great threat to me and my child's life who were about to drive back in the faulty vehicle. I was made to wait for 4 hours and even after I pointed the issues after the test drive, it went to the deaf ears of the so-called Manager and he authoritatively told "He is not responsible, go and talk to service engineer or go and file a consumer case". He simply didn't care, my bike was left on the road without any care and he refused to give any commitment for returning the bike in good condition with fixed battery. They misplaced my charger and shamelessly claimed that some employee would have taken it for their personal use. Such careless about others life and unfriendly customer service people deserve to be put in jail. Hope the management of Hero, at least has ears to Customer's genuine requests and will take immediate written communication and action to return my bike in good condition as soon as possible.
