Hero Electric — Hero Electric PHOTON LP

I have purchased Hero electric PHOTON LP bearings Motor no HEPH[protected] Chassis no MEPHELP72028L1991 on 10th August 2020.But recently my scooter is not being started, so I contacted the HERO Electric service centre at PALASUNI, BHUBANESWAR, Odisha on 29 th April 2021. The Mechnic Mr Kapil checked the vehicle and found that there is a connectivity problem in the battery (positive terminal). The mechanic Mr Kapil discussed the above problems with the Service Engineer Mr Utam Ghedai and the service Engineer told that the battery has to be replaced, but I have not yet received the battery till today.
