Dear sir
I am really unfortunate to have my bitter experience with my first ever buying a product rs.63, 000/-photon 72v (Electric) with your company dated on 14.09.2018 from gurunath hero, your authorised dealer, 42/8/1 jessore road (S), rathtala, barasat, kolkata (Snapshot of invoice given herewith).
1) after buying, driving away a short distance, i discovered the left side mirror handle so loose rambling like a top on very risky kalyani expressway.. I stopped aside and called the showroom... A boy of minor age named shubham who was introduced to me as mechanic (!!!) in the showroom - received my & asked me to take the range out and tight the screw! How could it be possible.. Without proper checking a product being sold & introduced a minor boy to deal a customer with sharing technical details!
2) after driving 30 kms, i returned to my home & discovered i have been given a very low quality cheap torn & leak in several places (Sheared & incision also) a rice bag standard plastic made bike cover sheet! I became shortly depressed & phoned again being entertained by that boy with weired answer:"l don't know... Ask company"... I again said:"why didn't you check while giving?" the answer came as blow:"given as per supply!"... Look at my invoice! I have bought this e-bike at rs. 63, 000/-! Am i worth to have such low quality material & treatment!
3) at night while i succeeded to lock handle but the key could not come out! Since then i could not go for handle lock!
4) after running 61 kms in three & half days i went out with the battery on mark 4 but after driving just 5 mins the battery mark came to red mark 5 & after going half kilometer i am embarrassed to see the index came to red mark "l" overlapping the red mark 6! Then i turned back to my house with 10 km/hr speed like a cow-cart with full pick up (Feeling self as circus clown in public eyes!)!
5) again horrible experience! 13 hrs. Taken to have the full charge undermining your proclaimed commitment for 8 to 9 hrs.!
6) given old manual of photon but not for photon 72v and laughingly the user guide booklet for battery given to a bengali customer with hindi transcript with no eng. Translation, who can not read hindi!
7) at this age of 58 with major spine operation recently in bangalore (When kerb weight does not match with my physical condition) as you have no showroom & service centre except kolkata, i have to drive my e-bike 31kms. For every little service! The mechanic offered me doorstep service could be given being paid by travelling cost!
8) the showroom offered me paid service for rs.300/- but in manual it is written rs.150/-... If changed why not updated in manual!?
9) should i wait till 35 days... My first service date in this awkward situation!
