Hero Fincorp — loss due to their negligence was not received so far.

I have taken two wheeler loan from hero fincorp. On jan 2018, i want to close the loan, i asked his executive to close my loan. On 18 jan 2018, he collect the aount of rs 7108/- (2 months emi of rs 3014/- and preclosing charges). On 08 feb 2018. Again my emi was deducted by hero fincorp from my bank. Due to their negilgence, my housing loan was cancelled due to emi double deduction. The matter was taken up with their head named subranshu mandal, grievance cell. He accepted their negligence. Once i asked for my emi and loss of rs 11000/- for processing fees for housing loan. They sent my emi on 07 mar 2018. Once, we not pay money by one day they fined rs 350/- penalty. But hero fincorp was delayed money by 1 month. Pl instruct the hero fincorp for loss of my processing fee and interest for emi for one month at the earliest.
