Hero Moto Corp — Service issue

My splender plus bike got small accident and vehicle given to nearest show room. Insurer completed formalities and given work order for estimated cost of 3400/-. 3 days passed no proper response. Mr Sridhar, concerned person in service center is in a cheap opinion that I should wait till they completing the repair and not giving any proper timeline. I do not understand where to tell.
