Hi!
This is Rahuman G from Cuddalore and I've replaced my shock absorber for the first time after buying a bike 2 years ago. How come the same company had placed the shock absorber of their brand which lasted for 2 years and suddenly when I change the absorber from the same brand it gets damaged within less than 2 months? I have attached the invoice and the damaged product.
Is this a brand's mistake on quality????
Please help me to sort it out.
