Hero Moto Corp — Unethical Behavior from Authorized Dealer

Dear Sir,

I am Somnath Kanhav from Shirsathe, Tal - Igatpuri, Dist. Nasik, Maharashtra. Recently I had purchased Newly launched Hero I-Smart on November 2015. In this vehicle major problem is there, of Headlamp. I am leaving in high rainy area. In every rain all the rain water gets collected into the Headlamp Area, due to this headlamp got busted trice. So i have visited to authorized dealer from Nasik Region M/s. Shivang Automobiles, ( Address Plot #573, Near Bombay Naka, New Bombay Agra Road, Nashik, Maharashtra - 422001 ), but the dealer said that i have to pay for the servicing. I had paid money to dealer. please see the invoice copy. But every time i have to not possible to go Shivang automobile for change. As this is company manufacturing problem they have to resolve it. Every day i have to travel 20-25 Km on National Highway NH-3 on evening and night too. during rain I cant see the road properly and night vision. Sir i am not able to pay money for every time.

Sir I am continuously taking follow up on Hero's official website( http://www.heromotocorp.com/en-in/reach-us/query-form.html ) and but still not received any feedback. so please take the action over it, otherwise i have to go to the consumer court.
