I, m n ramesh purchased a new hero pleasure scooter in chennai dealer, m/s anjaneya motors, palavanthangal, chennai on 14.02.18. Till from the date of purchase, there are some problems, such as pickup failure, fork shake even after two services are done. Frequently, nearly about 5 times i have taken the vehicle to your dealer and represented the same and he is doing some thing. But the problem is not sorted out and every thing is put in wain.     About couples of weeks ago i met an accident and engine oil tank (Engine chassis of maestro edge) was broken. I want to repaire but dealer said the parts is not available in company. I claim insurance to repair but delayed. So i request you to send me the parts as soon as possible. I will repair by myself. Not by insurance. Please please please

      I was purchased hero glamour bike on 12.03.2018.. I am not satisfied with the bike.. Bcoz bike sell with low cost tyres (Tvs) getting worn-out and side stand getting too bend.. And side hand grip also getting too bend.

      With in 5 months how parts are getting bend...? Let me answer

      Who will have responsibility for this kind of complaints.. I completely unsatisfied.. I am expecting solution from ur team

        Dear team,

        This is to inform you about the worst service given by hero moto corp.

        I, the customer owe the bike type karisma zmr vehicle no. Mh03 bu 7698
        (Year 2015)

        In last 5 to 6 months i got a problem with engine & fuel pump. We gave bike at rydex pvt ltd, nahur & also archana motors, vikroli to test everytime.

        First time they have changed fuel pump & informed us problem solved.
        Again problem was still there.
        Second time they have changed coil & informed us now the problem solved.
        But again problem was still there.
        Third time they have changed switches & told me you can now drive.
        Now its a shame that problem was sill there.
        I have changed my battery also.

        In this total process, i have bared an amount of rs.15, 000/- to 20, 000/-

        Now who is responsible for this???

        & main thing is even if they have changed everything, my bike is still at archana motors, vikhroli. & they didn't found a problem yet.

        Which kind of service is this??? The name hero is not good for your service.
        I am putting this on social media & twitter also.

        I want quick solution on this.

        I have requested last time at your service centre to resolve it. But my patience has a limit now.

        This is really sad & customer intolerant, unsatisfactory & unacceptable.

          Fraud agents are targeting unemployed youths by offering them fake jobs and appointment letter. I got a call from a no. (Registered with truecaller as hero moto corp) and they first asked me to msg my details such as name, email id, address to cross check my details from naukri.com. Then next day they took an interview on behalf of hr named shilpa prasad and asked very silly questions and their english accent and grammar was very very poor. After this they called again and said that i got selected (Without having knowledge of profile and work details they were just murmuring the words they have memorised). Finally they asked for a refundable security amount deposit which cleared all my doubts. So many candidates fall for their trap and deposite their money.

          I also registered a complain on hero moto corp office and i am sharing the hr no which called me today and asked me to deposite the money before 4 pm. Kindly take some action against such fraud people.

                Sir maine apni battery ke claim ke liye agency me diya tha but 20 days tak wait kiya aur jab mere jaane ka samay aaya to mai apni battery ke liye waha gaya to उन्होंने mujhe 2-3 time bulaya but meri battery mujhe tab bhi nahi mili. Aur unhone waha se mujhe 40 km dur dusri agency me bhej diya lekin waha bhi mujhe निराशा hi haath lagi fir mai dubara us agency me gaya to unhone mujhe kaha ki chalo kisi tarah se mai aapko nayi battery laga deta hu. Lekin uske 200 rs lagege kyoki 6 month ke upar ho gaya hai jabki warranty 1 year ki thi. Kya ye jo amount liya hai wo नियम ke mutabik hai ya fir aise hi. Pls

                    Its been more than a month i have been searching for the (2013 karizma zmr cdi unit) and sadfully my bike has been shut down in garage. Please do something inorder to get ready my bike also am concluding that any of the service centers which i met has not yet provided a good service or a back up.

                      I have purchased a new bike last year october. And sound in engine from first service. At first service they said we have changed part. Now it is ok. But now again there is sound in engine and i went to showroom they are saying we will change the part which is find faulty. And saying you have to money for seal etc.

                      Sir what is the use of purchasing new bike if parts to be changed in every 6 months.

                      I am suffering great difficulty after buying new bike. Please help me out. If i buy new bike why i will allow to change parts twice of engine and why i should pay money for changing parts.
                      Sir i request you to look into it if new bikes are creating problems then it is wastage of money to buy hero product.

                          Hello sir, my name is lakhan singh from aligarh. Actually last 24 october 2017 i purchased my maestro edge scooter and the number of my scooter is that up 81 bu 7399. As company has decided the services of the vehicle on a particular distance... But i did my scooter services before service time in service center. This 22 july was my scooter 3rd services but... But my scooter meeter was showing the total kilometres 5688. After that i took my scooter on the showroom, because the service center authorised dealer called me many times for service... After service.. They told me... Your scooter have no oil... We have to repair half engine of your scooter... It means my scooter half engine service. Now sir you tell me what should i do... Regardless of time service, even if it happens... So what should the customer do... As we know after half engine the value and speed of the scooter will not be good...

                          I purchased hero maestro on 15th nov 2020 at Krishna Hero Deoghar Jharkhand, and within a month, service center told me that will be fixed at the time of service, but not fixed. Everytime they told the throttle issue will be fixed at the time of service. They kept my scooty from a week in the service center and saying the part is not with them and when the part will come will fix it. Verry irresponsible behavior from service center.

                          Kindly let me know what should I do with them?

                            Hi team,

                            I have purchased a brand new hero splendor plus cast self on 16-apr-2018 from metro motors 22, jagdamba market near rithala metro station west delhi-110085.
                            After 3 months from day of purchase, i started feeling some problem in my bike's wheel (Was kind of dubbing) which makes it very tough to balance hence
                            I went to the same showroom and there they found issue with the rim of tyre and suggested the same to their service agent.

                            Since my vehicle is under warranty, i should not pe charged for any service (Specially manufacturing defaults) but the service center charged me for rim repair with rs270.
                            Anyways i paid that minimal amount just for the sake o[censored]rgency.
                            But after 1 week, i started feeling the same problem again and this time when i went to service center, they asked me for 5000 bucks more.

                            Hero is a trusted and reputated indian company which is known by its excellent performance and services given to its customers but my personal experience is totally opposite and dis-satisfactory.

                            Need your kind support for emerging me out from this situation as my whole work is dependant n my vehicle and it is totally impacted due to this issue.

                              My bike was service on 22/07/2018. After service i found that my bike handle is jam. I was reach service center on 26/07/2018. But supervisor mishra asked me that please book your bike for normal service. Is it reqd? Or remove the peoblemp from the bike. I am complaining that this service centre is working well. When send your bike for service they pose nitrogen air on wheel.

                                Dear company my complain is that service done by hero service centre located in pharenda anandnagar district mahrajganj (U. P.) is poor and unfair, i have got serviced my bike super splendor three times but every time i couldn't satisfied with service. This type of service center making low the reputation and value of the such popular motor cycle company. So kindly pay attention and a hard action also must be taken against this agency

                                  Hi, i had horrible experience with my new maestro edge, earlier i had honda activa, 10 years used no issue, i feel cheated. Details given below-
                                  I purchased a maestro edge on march 08, 2017 from hero hi-peed bike, maligaon petrol pump, guwahati-11, assam, reg. No. Is as01-dg-0368. After 3-4 days battery was fully drained. Not any light in scooty speedometer.. No kick start or self start, somehow took to authorized hero service center, after 6/7 hour they have retuned to me and told problem has been solved but after some days again problem starts, self-start gone down, maximum time i had to start by kick-start, complained several times to service center people but they replied “it will be alright you ride every day”, this kind of stupid & logic less reply i got from them, like this i have completed one year but things became worse & horrible on 25/07/18 when the start goes off and i was unable to start by self or by kick, i informed the authorized hero service center, after 4/5 hour mechanic came and told me that “battery have gone down and i need to go to the exide office and they will replace it” but exide people told me that they cannot replace as only hero service center can do it (Mind that exide office was appx 21 km away from my location) when i informed the same than the service center people agreed to replace the battery. This kind of harassment i received throughout the day from authorized hero service center. Next day around 11 am after replacing with a new battery they delivered me the vehicle, but in the evening on the way to home again the start goes off in the middle of the road, self & kick not working. When i informed the service center they replied me you repair it from any garage and give complain to hero head office and at present nothing we can do, this kind of stupid and unprofessional reply i got from authorized hero service center. After that i had to push 12 km to reach my home under heavy rain & thunderstorm.
                                  Note: last service i have done on 13/06/18 at the authorized hero service center & after that condition became extremely worse, god knows what they have done.
                                  Now it has been proved that its not a battery problem since new battery was installed, i think i have received totally damaged & defective product that you have sold to me, please take necessary steps else i will go to the consumer court, press, social media, etc. I feel cheated.

                                    I had purchased one Hero bike in May 2017, but in April 2018 its self starter got failed, since then I had made several follow ups with your dealer but no action taken till date.

                                    It appears that I have made mistake by purchasing Hero bike.
                                    Kindly arrange self starter replacement for my bike at the earliest.

                                      I bought a maestro edge around 2 weeks ago from thn i've used it for 500 km. My problem is that it had 3 breakdowns before 1st service in 2 weeks and service adviser is saying saying that its piston are seizing. But none of them are willing to help me. Their behavior was also very inappropriate. I asked to solve my problem under warranty or they can change my vehicle and give me new one. But they weren't ready to even listen me. Plus i had one more issue that my tail lamp has leakage and here the service adviser again said that the water under the lamp will dry out after sometime. I don't expect this kind of customer service from a very trusted brand like hero. I'm very disappointed. The dealership i visited on 25/07/2018 was national motors (Sub-dealer of thakkar automobiles khandwa.)

                                        I buy my new hf deluxe on 22 jun 18 and go to hero show room meham distt rohtak on 24 jul18. Experince was very bad with untrained manpower. I want to sell my bike as early. All are theft there take 320 rupee for local engin oil for first service only running 350 km. Hr 15d 7747 my bike no. Not a single complaint resolved there. One 14 year boy working there without experience he done service. Battery issue is same. Hero service center in meham rohtak very bed.
