[Resolved]  Hero Motocorp — Break down service not provided within 10km range (6 kms distance between breakdown point and dealership location)

I have hero maestro edge scooter
(Chassis number:mbljf33aaf4m11757) which i purchased on 20th of jan 2016 from sun motors (Faizabad road, near hal, indira nagar, lucknow, uttar pradesh), an authorised dealer of hero moto corp ltd.

Today (20/11/2016) i was going to market from my scooter and suddenly on the way to market my scooter stopped i tried to start the scooter again by the self it did not start i have tried the choke with and without throttle but it did not start i thought that there is problem in spark plug but after starting it from the kick start pedal i found that pedal was free then i realised that there is some problem with the cvt belt after a while i searched for the hero customer care number and ([protected]) called on it for the help (2:00pm) and from there i got the number of sunil motors ([protected]) (Station road, lucknow) they transferred my call to the nearest service centre i. E. Sun motors (From where i purchased my scooter) here mr. Kuldeep awasthi ([protected]) the incharge had a conversation with me i gave him the detail which he enquired about the scooter (Model an suffix info) then he said that i will send the mechanic for the help once i reach the office after 20 minutes i once again called mr. Kuldeep awasthi he picked up the phone and straight away said that he cannot do anything because he and his staff (Mechanics) are very much busy.

I had no option left after that so i dragged my scooter and reached home (Approx 2.5 kms) (4:07pm). After reaching home i once again called the toll free number of hero moto corp ([protected]) to file a complaint (Complaint no.[protected]Customer executive name : surendra kumar)

The main concern is that during the working hours of service in sun motors and within 10 kms of range (6.2 approx.) they denied to help me.

I have been purchasing two wheeler of hero company (Formely known as hero honda) from sun motors since 2003 but after experiencing this kind of service of sun motors and this kind of product from hero that after driving less than 6000km (5962 km) it will have problem in cvt now i have decided not to buy a hero product and never even think of purchasing any product/part from sun motors in future.

the next day technician visited to my place and resolved the problem. but then the break down service must be provided the same day.

Our Vehical is under warranty period and some issue occurd in pick up.
then we have submitted our Bike in service center then he told me required replacement of Corroborator (Cost-8500) and we cant replace under warranty if you will pay the same then i will do this
