Dear Sir/Madam I had given my bike(BR01EH7733) on 07-Feb-2021 for service and service person told me that he will handover to me on 22-Feb-2021 but till now I didn't received my bike, because of this I am facing below issues, As per ongoing situation during Covid time I am travelling with Public transport which is not safe, if something happen to me will your company will liable to pay? I bought bike for my personal and professional use not for company showroom show. Any one used to buy vehicle for there own purpose but here it seems like I bought and kept in showroom service Centre and my work is to pay the EMI only so better u can pay because now you are using. Whenever I used to ask from service manager (Om Prakash Upadhyay) when you will return back, his reply is (companiya part bheje ga tb hi na banaye gai, toh kiska galti bike kharidenai wale ka, sell krne ka ya companiya ka) sorry to used this language but I got reply like this, his service and stock maintenance is so worst. Please resolve my issue within 2 to 3 days because it's so long and I am facing lots of issue unless I have to take some other step (towards companiya or seller or me) and if you are not able to provide the bike parts or service, please take bike from me and return my full money back.
