[Resolved] Hero Motocorp — complaint against hero service and service manager

Dear sir/mam, i P.Nagendra, i have purchased the the new bike hero duet this is my fifth hero bike i bought in last year this month from sainath automotives, kharagpur, west bengal. First of all i tell you this is not my first bike iam the already a good buyer of hero bikes since 15 to 20 years.This bike my fifth one. I never purchased any bike other than hero but this time i have got a very bad experience with this bike. Last month i faced the tyre issue and this month i faced direct engine problem. Sir you only think how much i pay on 1 year recent bike is this fair. I have never faced any issues with my previous hero bikes but this time i facing lots of problems within 1 period of purchase and i think warranty also. Actually came to the matter is after completed my fourth service within two days i have faced self ignition problem. Then i went to the show room for my fifth free servicing the service engineer checked and he said your some parts are need to be change. I.e crank, cdi, self pinion, fan, and etc. He said this is manufacturing fault not yours. And i talk to the service manager suvonkar das i think, he said ok sir your bike is in warranty period you dont take any worry. I will solve it but what he said you pay someother charges like engine oil, oil seal, oil packing and etc.he gave me a estimation 2000/- for these all within 1 year purchase of my bike. Sir how much this is fair once you think. In that case i called hero customer care to ask why i will pay against engine issue. I just completed to talk with customer care and he issue the complaint against dealer. And within seconds i got 1 more call from sainath automotives service manager's call. He said sir why you complaint against me and dealer. And he said now you are not getting any warranty from show room cause you are not replace engine oil in 3rd service.thats why now you are not eligible for warranty for your engine.first he said you are in warranty period when i complain against him he said you are not eligible for engine warranty of 1 year bike. What is this sir? And he said you can do what you want from higher levels said the manager.i called hero regional office in kolkata but iam not getting any solution till now from last three days of complaint issue. I have not getting any consultant call. But i hv called to regional office.but no use of it. At last service manager said today, i will replace only above two items of engine remaining parts you have to pay he said to me. First he said all parts are in warranty when complaint against him he said like this 3rd service engine oil was not replaced like this talks. Sir is this fare afterall 260 rupees engine oil if not replace in 1 free service 70000/- rupees bike engine is not getting the warranty.Is this fair you only say.sir, really i never thought that he insulted me like this.when i purchased this bike i thought your services are still good even like before i got. But very sadly to i tell you i mentally suffered for him since 3 days.sir please solve my problem as early as you can.this is my third day and iam a heart patient and leg bone fractured patient also thats why i choose duet is better for me. But my thoghts are just fallen down in ganga by your employees.my fifth service was not done actually i hv not taken. And i taken back my bike without service.actually 10000, 60000 thousand not issue but my hopes are fallen down in water about hero bikes.next time when i purchased the bike i think twice how i purchased hero bikes. Sir now you only the hope.please solve my problem without any circumstances. Thanking you, yours good and old buyer P Nagendra.

Sir they do nothing, no replies and no consultant calls still now. What can i do. Many times i tried to call customer care they said consultant call will come wait for two days but i complaint against dealer and service manager on 15/06/2018 today 20th but still there is no response from either company or from regional office kolkata.
