I purchased hero pleasure from senthil murugan motors (Sivaganga). Its worst customer service, they don't have proper follow up for the delivery.. They don't have drinking water and necessary facilities at show room. There is no guidance for the customer. They are charging unnecessary amount from the customer& they took 1 month for the vehicle registration.

I have purchased Hero glamour JH09AP 3223 on power motors sector 4 bokaro March 2019 and tha chain cover is damage and I complaint in service center and the staff was saying to claim the insurance why and its give me 5 year warranty and I have service s in time to time
