Hero Motocorp — defect product sold

I bought a bike (Glamour model) from bhanumotors located in kukatpally (Hyderabad). While i am driving the bike its getting off and bike is not starting. This is happening only when the whether is cold or bike got wet. I given bike for servicing in authorized center only but still my problem not yet solved. The servicing center people are giving very irresponsible answer when i given my complaint.
