I had ordered a bike (Passion pro) on oct 5th and i am not given any update on what happened on the bike. I had made the full payment and still not getting an update on whether the bike had got registered or the date in which i will receive the bike.

I am surprised on the way a first class bike company has been treating the customer especially when i have made teh full payment and also after multiple reminders

I will never recomment or appreciate the velachery showroom based on the response i get from them

My bike slender plus rj29ss8345 from last 2 service break shoe was damaged and 280 rs charge from me. Company items quality is very poor this statement was said by service center manager what will I done.

This issue was never resolved and never attempted as well.
Poor customer service. We can might as well destroy the Velachery office as I have been the same feedback about the Velachery Moto corp. The bike is useless.
