Hero Motocorp — delivery of booked xpulse, misguided, wrong info

I have booked Xpulse 200fi Red colour on 20/05/2019 in the name of Sonam Sondhi for rs.10, 100..from
Nine Mountains Motors,
Jogiwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
I told them.in advance that i have a upcoming rally on 20/06/2019 so i want my byke befor that date..First they told me that i will get delivery by 7thJune 2019..but after continuos call and messages they didnt even pick my call and didnt replied any of my message..but on 10th June they called me and said that your byke has left gurgaon warehouse and is on route to dehradun but the billing will be done on 17th June that is today..after that i called them for update they said that i will surely get on 17th June but today when i called they didnt answer my phone so i called on other number they told me that the byke is not available and still not left gurgoan plant..that was soo embarassing and then the girl executive told that if you have further questions or complaint you can visit our hero website..she straight away said me on bad tone.So ultimately i have to cancell my upcoming byke event..i want justice is this how they treat there customer and fool them.dupe there money and then use bad tone that you can do complaint..so i raised my voice to get justice..

Updated by Ravinder Sondhi Now they told that byke is not available and they dont know any updates about when will the byke will arrive.they are not talking also they are holding my phone and hanging up on me..i am very very depressed that there is nothing i can do plus they are telling that they need more one month..what the hell they think they can do anything..i am fedup and want all my money back plus the tentions they created and made me under depression..this is not right i want justice as they are making me fool.please sir look into this matter in proirity basis..

Updated by Ravinder Sondhi Sir i think Hero motocorp is not aware of what is going under there hood and associates..dealers duping money from customers not making any updates plus they even have a complete product knowledge..After calling continuos nobody answer plus i visit several times but they are not answering anything now again they gave me date till 25july..what is happening..Nine mountains jogiwala, Dehradun showroom..manager named anita gave me wrong info plus said that go and complaint in hero motors we dont have time for this..is this the way to talk or they know that there is nobody to take action against them..its ridiculous.i am embaraised that there is nobody to take action or to even reply my conversations..
sorry to say but there no way to solve this problem but i love hero and this type of things is making Hero motocorp name in bad image..I want Hero motocorp Owner to see and take serious action against them.bad ownership and very very bad management..

they are soo careless people that they are not replying my calls and messages because they told me that byke is on the way to dehradun from gurgaon..from there fake talk i had to cancel my byke rally event and i had great loss by not compiting the event..that was soo embarassing..now they not even replying..and said me that you can complaint it on hero motocorp website..this is not done after taking advance money and not delivering on correct given date after that i have waited more long for it but no response still fake answers..i want this complaint.to be prioritise and want an explanations about how there associates bluff and duped people and there money..if i have to raise my voice i will sure as i am.a byker and have dome many events and rallies..but first time i have to doubt hero motocorp and there associates..i need explanations and action against them..Asap..
