Hero Motocorp — dull service from the service centre situated at full service situated near my place

With regarding to the above subject, i anup pahade owner of my bike which is cbz xtreme. Past month i met with an accident with the bike and to which i claimed it with insurance to my nearest hero service centre. After taking followups several times i am getting a reply from your service centre that they cant prrovide me the parts of the bike because they are not getting parts to any of the showrooms which they have tieups with. It has been one and half month that i have submitted my bike for changing with new parts and i am not getting any positive feedback from them. Apart from this, how can be this possible that the company is not providing the new parts?
