Hero Motocorp — engine problem

Dear sir,
I bought a new maestro edge in aug 2017... Till now 2 times engine fail.. Now sound in engine...in last service 4 january 2019 paid service.. I told clearly that a noise is coming from engine plz check.. Not solving till now.. I already said to hero showrooms manager and service manager 3 times... Behaving roudly
No response from hero showrooms nizamabad armoor road branch... Plz help
