Hero Motocorp — failure of ismart 110cc engine

I purchased a hero spelder ismart 110 cc byke in jan 2017 with a regn. No. Ap26bn3259, from m/s a. M. Reddy show room, nellore, andhra pradesh. I used to give the vehicle for periodical services at a. M. Reddy show room and m/s sarayu auto (Another dealer in nellore). To my surprise, they simply wash the vehicle and give back. The problems whatever i asked to rectify are not resolved at all. Then i depended on outside mechanics for periodical service of the vehicle. I am not satisfied with service procedure of the hero dealers in nellore.. I told the same to the company whenever they asked for feedback report.. Recently a noise observed from engine. When i met the dealer, he told that the vehicle may not get warranty, because regular services are done by them. According to the review of the users, the vehicle/model is a problematic one. Hence i urge the company can replace the engine with a new one.
