Hero Motocorp — Faulty vehicle, bad service by dealer, use of abusive language by dealer | |||
Hi, I have purchased Hero Duet LX (Panther Black Metallic) on 29th March 2017 from Venkateshwara Auto, Shop No. 12-10-30, 1st floor, Opp Indian Bank, Gunj Road, Raichur 584101, KARNATAKA vide invoice#[protected]SINV[protected], invoiced in the name of M/s Sriram Lahoti, Plot no.13, Shop No. 102, Gunj Road, Raichur 584101. The manufactured date is 03/2017. My complaint is - its not even a month and the vehicle has broke down thrice and each time we took to dealer, he used to do temporary service and return the vehicle. We informed him that if the brand new vehicle has broken thrice within a month, this should be a faulty bike or there should be some problem with the parts and to replace it as it is within warranty. The dealer's sales executive have not allowed me to meet the Manager to raise my concern. I tried calling the customer care no. to raise a complaint against the dealer and zero customer satisfaction, but unfortunately the customer service representative was so rude that I should have addressed him with filthy language rather with due respect. Kindly look into the concern narrated above. If there are any faulty parts to replace them with new one. Else I will be forced to take legal recourse against Venkateshwara Auto and as well Hero MotoCorp. This was such a disappointment that India's no. 1 motorcycle manufacturer treat its customer.
