On 29 march i purchased hero glamour from beekee hero sevoke road siliguri west bengal from then i was facing problem with bike's gear shift and clutch i visited the service point many time but they did temporary repair but again i faced same problem l may it was a factory defect i complained many times but still my problem didnt solved i did my third serving but still facing problem plz help

Updated by sourav routh I purchesed glamour on 29 march 2019 my registration num is WB74AX9474frombeginning i wasfacing problem with gear shift and clutch as i visitedsevice point they solve the problem but again same thing happen i could not shift smoothly and myclutch doesnt work properly iam fedup withtheir services and some of the service person demand money from me but i got full warranty for a year and my bike is only 3 months old MY REGISTERED NUM IS [protected] SOURAV ROUTH.
PLZ HELP ME
