Hero Motocorp — glamour / I am complaining about the service quality

I am extremely disappointed with the service of my glamour vehicle. I am a regular customer of your service center and had purchased the vehicle from your habsiguda branch in 2015 and since then i get the servicing of my bike from the ramanthapur branch.
At the time of purchase of my bike, i have also opted for the hero good life membership and renewed it twice. Later, when the good life program was discontinued, i have availed the joy ride scheme and renewed it twice.
Recently i bought my bike for servicing at ramanthapur branch on 23-may 2019. I have informed the service supervisor to assign my bike to a senior mechanic as it has been quite long since last service.
While collecting the bike, i was informed that the joy ride subscription was expired and i will have to renew it. I was okay for it and was told that the joy ride cards are exhausted and are expected to arrive by tomorrow. I was asked to make the payment for the service charge including the joy ride subscription. I made the payment of ₹ 1, 590 by my debit card and was asked to collect the bill for the same including the joy ride card by tomorrow.
But even after my regular follow ups, i still have not received the bill and the joy ride card.
Upon all of this, the quality of the service was so poor as if the bike was never serviced at all. I am feeling cheated by the service supervisor and also by the clerk at the service desk.
I request you to check out the details of my service history and at the same time take necessary action on my complaint.
