Hero Motocorp — hero duet v. poor, breakable and fragile product scooty diggi is broken in 5 days before rto registration and insurence

Hero duet is a very worse and fragile product. Very inferior quality fibre is used because scooty diggy broken only after purchase although rto registration and insurance is not done but scooty broken. On 5th sept my wife shweta bansal purchased duet scooty from shyam automotives, frame no mbljfn024jgg12179, engine no jf33acjgg11294 total amount i paid 62075 all inclusive. Still scooty is not registered but yesterday due to wheel disbalanced i slip from the scooty. From the first slip scooty diggy was broken. And noise is coming during ride and using the brake.
I purchased scooty for long term use if in a 10 days diggy is broken like paper, what is the durability of product.
I do not want to carry such fragile and costly product. Kindly return the so much sophisticated product. My money is gone waste
