Hero Motocorp — hunk engine problem

I had bought hero hunk up17 m 6219 from rataul bagphat (Bharat automobiles) up and since then suffering with lots of problems in bikes engine as manufacturing fault and still in service center for last 7 days also they insisting me to sign the satisfactory paper but i had refused them for signing any paper so plz help me to solve the problem at early. Very sad to saying that your service is very lasy and bad. If possible then plz help me [protected]
