Hero Motocorp — I am complaint about my hero duet scooty

I have purchase hero duet scooty from jiya automobile nalwa-125037 district - hisar, my scooty no. Is hr-21l-6594
My scooty lock set is not working since last few days.in order to recover the lock and fan belt many times the hero went to the dealer but he did not heal the right way and i was told that it was ok but my lock was not properly but i went to him repeatedly i got very upset about getting the answer and that dealer abused me with my solution.
