Dear sir,
I want to drawn your attention on the above mention captioned subject as follows-
1. I am a regular customer of your esteemed company since last twenty years.
2. I visited to the nearest HERO dealer OM HERO for some technical problems in my scoote within warranty period.
3. After diagnosed it, the mechanic told me that the pinion and ball bearing of gear box section has damaged so it will be changed. He esteemed me more than six thousand but my scoote is under warranty. (Mr. Chandra Prakash customer service Manager) and owner of Om Hero refused to cover it under warranty. Because I was not purchased scoote from om hero. I talked to Mr. Rohit Raman regional office Patna. Then he talked to Mr. Chandar Prakash and given order to cover all damage parts is under warranty period. But after marathon talk (Mr. Chandar Prakash and owner) refused to do the same.
4. Mr. Chandra Prakash told that there is no available of spare parts here, so booked the order of the parts he called me after 15 days.
5. When I was visited after 15days on 31.10.2016 the parts has come. Mr. Chandar Prakash told that if you want to change the parts you have to do service also. I agree. After open the scoote the remaining parts is not available there .He told me to go to outside of agency for purchasing the parts (Ball bearing) .He told me pinion will only cover under warranty bearing will be charged.
6. I talk to Mr. Rohit Raman then he told that all would be cover in under warranty period. You have not to pay any money for pinion and ball bearing to the dealer.
7. In the period of service, the mechanic has changed only engine oil and not to do any proper service. He is demanding extra labour cost changing brake shoe during repairing gearbox. No packing is used during repairing but 400/- demanding packing charge.
8. When i refused to pay the labour cost of changing the brake shoe and packing, Mr. Chandar Prakash and Mr. Pawan called some gunda (illegal person) and began to misbehaving with me and ready to open my scoote and reinstalls old parts.
9. Mr. Pawan and Chandar Prakash both alleged to Mr. Rohit Raman takes money to customer in improper way for taking is under warranty period while Mr. Rohit Raman is a very helpful person.
10. I demanded original bill but he refused to give me the original bill. He gives me only estimated bill.
11. The owner and staff of OM HERO always treat to all customers as a lay man, so i am writing to you Please Take a serious action against OM HERO owner.
I hope you will do the same and provide to inter personal communication (IPC) training to how to talk /behave the customer.
