Dear sir,
We are very confuse regarding hero bike services information by agency staff. First time we call agency staff and ask about hf deluxe bike maximum price means we paid and get our new bike. He say 60290/- and when we reach agency he bill us 65289/- what is this sir. We don't understand agency staff commitment, because all time given incorrect and incomplete information when we meet. Why,
Sir we buy a bike first time and we want to know about your customer service.
We know u gave us a better suggestion.

I have a complaint about warranty I have a warranty issue about bike I am facing problem with the bike I had visited nearest hero showroom they are very irresponsible and they are saying that the warranty should not be claimed I want some help from to resolve my problem
