Hero Motocorp — maestro edge / starting and battery problem

This is jaishiv sharma. As i am already have a hero motor cycle (Splender plus) and happy with the performance of this motor cycle since 2012. So i have decided to purchase a new scooter for family members (Wife and old age parents). Finally i have purchased the same (Scooter maestro edge) on 27th nov 2017.
But after 2 days we realized that it was a wrong decision to purchased maestro edge. As i have facing problems to start the scooter by "self" as well "kick". On 30th nov 2017 i had a call to hero motor dealer namely "m/s sun motor, indra nagar lucknow". They quickly respond upon my request and send a person on 30th nov 17. He came to my house and changed battery and disconnect diggi lamp.
After that scooter running proper way. But after first free service again i am facing starting problem. This morning i am try to start the scooter but i can't as battery totally discharged.
Further i had facing problem regarding milage and discomfort of seat. I had observed that milage is around 25 to 30 km/ l. Seat also making noise when pillion rider riding on the scooter.
It's really irritating for me, if i have to call to dealer for complaint regarding brand new product instead of note of thanks. I will strongly suggest my friends & relatives to review their decision whoever plan to purchase hero products in upcoming days.
Therefore request you to kindly look into and resolved the problems on urgent basis.
