Hero Motocorp — Not getting official clarification on what happened with my Hero Duet Scooty

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased a Hero Duet Scooty from Cynosure Manik's Auto Centre, 3/2 Jessore Road, PO-Madhyamgram, PS-Barasat, Kolkata-700129 on 31.03.17. From 03.04.17 I have been receiving calls from the dealer that the Scooty delivered to me has been registered against some other person. So I have to handed over the scooty to them and they will make some changes.

So I have asked to send a email (dipayan.[protected]@in.pvmgrp.com) with entire details and they should mention what they want to do? Even I have sent a email with a request the same request. But I have not yet received any reply.

I can take the decision only after getting the written clarification about the entire matter.

Attaching the invoice copy for your reference. It is my kind request to look into the issue.
