Hero Motocorp — my splendor plus is traveled only 1200 km, and its clutch plate is failed

I was bought a splendor plus from aman motors, kartar nagar, on september. 22. 2018, after the first service i feels some problems, it doesn't work properly, it's clutch plate is failed and doesn't give milage, and its only travelled 1200kms.
So, i request to you to solved this problem.
