Hero Motocorp — no spare parts available at dealers showroom and no proper feed back from company executive | |||
My bike engine seize after 15 days of servicing. Dealers says it is customer fault my question is how there is no oil in chamber in 1600km only? Secondly no proper solution given by dealer and company side. As per my knowledge there is 5 yrs warrenty on engine. So i want whole engine replacement in foc. I m facing very bad service from hero motocorp and its dealers. No regular spare parts available every time, no proper communication to customer regarding bike problem.
