Hero Motocorp — Non delivery of two wheeler

Dear Sir,
I bought a Hero Maestro Edge VX through cash,
My cutomer Id :[protected]SCON[protected] from Venkateshwara Motors
H No: 3-6-244/2, Pitambar Lokh, Himayath Nagar, Y junction on 30th March 2017. It is not delivered by them, I called them several times, but they kept on telling me it takes 2 days. I also spoke to the GM, Mr Ramana Rao in the 1st week of April 2017.
But to no avail, please see to that they either deliver the scooter or refund my money.
