Hero Motocorp — passion pro bike handles issues

This is taslim. It’s been a very bad experience with the hero bike we took in april 2017. We have taken passion pro i3s model. But it’s very bad.. We are always facing some kind of issues. Every time we send complaint but the problem never gets resolved.
Two week ago we had 3rd serving of our bike and again it’s started giving us problems. Very important issue is of mileage which are facing from the start which not yet have been solved. And now the sudden problem is with handle lock which is not working at all. We are afraid of our life because it suddenly stop taking moving in between the ride. But this the the god luck that we have been saved & second fear is stealing of bike. One can easily steal it because handle lock is not working. We are very surprised because of this issue. We can think of this problem after 5 or 7 years of purchase of the bike but it’s only 7 months till now. Earlier within 5 months my bikes all the front wires got spoiled which we paid n fitted new wires, name plate got damaged in just 4 months. These all the issues one can face after 5 or 7 years of purchase but we are getting troubled in only 8 months since we purchased and we lost so much of money for its repairing & for petrol.
We want you to resolves these issues or else refund our money or exchange our bike. Because we are fedup with this bike. We have spent so much money towards this bike in terms of repairing, servicing & petrol. Which is only loss for us not gaining anything from it. We have purchased this bike to refuse our expenses & time management but it’s not ate all happening.
And i will be always giving my suggestions to others that they should not purchase hero bikes because it’s not trustworthy!!
