I had purchase my bike, (Mh36q5943) model – passion-pro (Chessis no - mblha10awcgm24041) on dated 09th may 2013 & i had been followed company service schedule as per hero guide line. But now my bike chessis damaged automatically without any accident. I was raised the complaint to your authorized local dealer (Sairaj hero – bhandara), on dated 03.12.2017, request id :[protected]. But they cannot sort out my problem & blaming me that your service not done properly, that’s why your warranty has lapsed.
I have a record all my bike service done on time as per schedule. Request you to pls look into the matter & sort out my problem as early as possible.
