I am handover my bike for service yesterday. But today i am not get my bike. Employes don't keep the time management .

I have purchase new splendor + bike as on date 05/11/2018 . after 6 days some problem of front wheel and front side sound problem so many time i can contact to dealer and his service center but as on date my problem is not solved . so how can do it . i have very tired please do the solution for this matter
Dear sir, i have purchase a new bike hero spl plus i3s last 30 octo 2018.when i purchase this bike dealer say a best offer for you .5000paytm offer in your paytm offer but yet not recieved this offer.dealer cant take any action. If you can't take any action then i complaint in consumer complaint .
