Hero Motocorp — poor workmanship, unethical behaviour and pathetic customer relation of heera motor at tilla mode, farukh nagar, near bharat city ghaziabad

I am been getting my bike serviced from heera motors, which is a authorized dealer and service station of hero moto corp situated in tilla mode, farukh nagar near bharat city ghaziabad. However, its been 5 months from which i am getting my bike serviced but since last 2 service the quality of service and customer service has been pathetically poor and the limits crossed when yesterday when i went for service and service was booked at 9.30 a. M. Service no. Was 6 and time of bike delivery was 1 p. M. However, i reached at 3 p. M. To collect my bike but to a suprise the bike was not ready and after enquiring about the same the service incharge gave rude replies stating that new lot of bikes have arrived which has caused the delay but when i said that why it was not informed over telephone as i made special request to get the same on time because of earlier commitments. To this they gave rude replies that they are not sitting here to inform to the customer and whether i have to get it serviced so stay or else it's okay. I said that with such attitude i would not get the bike serviced here but definitely will register a complaint and asked for their complaint register. On asking the same firstly they said that they don't have 1, but after continuous pursuation they offered a small little notebook stating it's is there register complaint book which not even looked liked one. I asked them to provide their final complaint book which they denied and after stating that i will raise the complaint through site they were easy enough and said please go ahead. This showed their over confidence that any such complaint over online forum will not cause any harm to them and they can easily take the leverage of being the only 1 service in nearby vicinity. This behaviour and attitude showcased their monopoly on the market and a sense that we can treat the customer as the way we want and they don't have any other options other than to come to us. This was not the first time the support staff and the owner misbehaved with the customer but it was even during last last to visit where the technical staff conveyed the replacement of one of the part and after enquiring as the same was replaced during the previous service he said he will check and revert on the same and later didn't changed. There are few more instances with the same station which i feel will be lengthy to elaborate here.
However, as a kind request would request hero moto corp to take necessary action in this regard and help provide a customer friendly service station for better of your after sales service.
