Hero Motocorp — problem in our new bike from the beginning. | |||
Medam/ sir, We have purchased a hero hf deluxe bike from sree bharat motors ltd, laxmisagar, bhubaneswar, odisha on dated 31.10.2018 (Only 6 days over). Chassic no mblhar204jgj14769. From the 2nd day, we are facing problem for the bike. Oil not passing clearly, we complained, they told it will ok after 1st servicing. Again it starts mis-fired on 4.11.18, we complained, they repaired the pluk. Again it mis-fired on 5.11.18, we complained, they told to come to their workshop. We had to take it to your workshop. There they repaired it, on test we face the same problem. Again they repaired just now. Same problem on road. So here we want to know, why we suffer frequent problem in a brand new bike. Warranty is a separate issue. Problem is there from the day first, means it has problem from the factory.
