Dear hero customer service team,
I have been part of hero customer since 2004. i have taken scooter – duet from krishna authorized dealer on 12:03:2016 with booking condition as white color. i have encounter following problems with this scooter after registration. reg no: tn 29 bz 2121
1. name mentioned in the rc book was wrong. (i. e. instead of ramamoorthy, it has been registered as ramamoorthi)
2. color delivered to me is white however in rc it has been mentioned as grey.
With my personal interest, i have changed the name with couple of follow ups with rto. but as a hero customer, this should be taken care by corresponding hero dealer because i have paid money for registration as a package.
Regarding color issue in rc, i have called krishna hero dealer gm (jaganathan) to resolve the issue, he has replied with ridicules answer by saying,
• dealer has changed the kit from grey to white
• for color name change in rc, he has mentioned that it can be changed to white with help of remover.
I do not understand why this has been happen without notifying either a customer or a respective hero manufacture unit. i would expect vehicle shouldn’t be changing after quality check pass from manufacture unit.
Based on this experience, i’m really frustrated as part of hero family by facing all this issues. also by talking to krishna hero gm, he has mentioned that, all this issues are known to hero company as well.
Also couple of points to add in this, with regards vehicle fault. i have raised queries with customer care (toll free number) with following complaint request number: [protected]. still i haven’t got any response for the same.
