Hero Motocorp — rear shock absorbers not function, no support from service centre | |
I mr prakash nayak purchase hero xtreme sports bike in april 2017 in hero authorised showroom (Soumik automobiles). After two months (June 2017) i have observed some abnormality in rear shock absorbers and also service person (Soumik automobiles) has done his job. Again same fault found after one week, same work done by service person. Again same fault found. Lastly they have replaced 2 nos. Of rear shock absorber with new spare on 14.11.2017 but i have see the shock absorbers was not in packet, no seal and also rusted, i have also attached photgraph s of these shock absorbers but service manager told me these are ok no problem and also they have installed the shock absorbers. After one week same fault found i again submitted on 18.11.2017 again they saw the fault and done his job but again i'm not satisfied with service and within 6 months bike have this problem. Please help me and provide me a genuine service centre. Regards, prakash nayak, [protected]

I paid for full service with dissatisfaction. The sound come from front wheel diskbrake of my ZMR krizma.. And i replace the new brake with oldone but still the brake is not working properly . what a shame .. From the balangir HERO showroom
