I purchased my bike on dt 24.8 17 but from that i am not satisfied with d bike due to missing problem self and chain problem... When i visited the agency for service that the staff gave no satisfactory reply for that. I can done 4 services from agency... But no improvement in above said problems when i checked my bike from outside shop mechanic they said the chain set or battery is so poor or damaged... Now i want to know the actual life or warranty of battery and chain set given by you... Because my bike runs only 10400 km but from date of purchase i can many time visited the agency reg that 2 issues but they are helpless or not taken any necessary action... Now you tell me this types of poor parts are installed in your bikes... Very poor service other compared to other company.. Kindly sought out my problem ie. Change my battery... Otherwise is i'll knock the door of consumer court because i am already very harassed due to ur bike condition parts...
