Hero Motocorp — regarding defective battery of my bike and self starting problem

I am secretariat assistant in govt of jharkhand, ranchi. I have purchased a glamour fi bike on 28/10/2016 from autobikes ranchi. Since then i have suffering mentally and physically form starting problem. I always complained regarding sellf starting problem whenever i went to autobikes service center. I am also a member of hero good life. I lodged complained each time of servicing. On 16/10/2017 with exide battery complanit ref no ejha00010883v433, i went to autobikes and he took off my battery from bike. Since when my bike is not working properly not displaying anything even after so many attempts i am able to start my bike. Autobikes is not giving my battery after resolving my complaint. I am suffering physically. I feel i did a blunder by purchasing a bike from autobiks ranchi and hero motocorp. This is completely a worst service.
